You will access the VidaCall service by dialing a local access number or a toll free number. We will recognize your telephone number, as long as it is registered in your account, and allow you to place your call.
Our automated system will give you your account balance and the minutes you have left each time you make a call. When you complete each call, the cost of the call will be deducted from your original purchase. The call detail record of each call is available to view immediately after you hang up on the "My Account" page under Call Detail Records.
